What To Expect When Booking

Step 1:

After you inquire, I will reach out within 24 hours with our pricing and to answer any questions you may have asked. At that time, I would love to set up a video call or phone call to hear about you and your wedding day plans. In order to book, I require the contract to be filled out and signed, along with the deposit. From there I will follow up with a questionnaire.

Step 2:

Approximately 2-4 months before your wedding day, I will reach out and we can have a phone or video call, or even meet up for coffee. During that meeting, we can go over more details about your wedding day and you can let me know if there is anything you want to add to your package or you really want me to highlight on your wedding day.

Step 3:

On your wedding day, you can expect me to set up 3 cameras for the ceremony and reception to capture multiple angles. I will use additional lighting, as needed, to make sure the picture quality is clear and well lit. You and/or the officiant will be asked to wear a lapel mic so that I can capture high quality audio of your ceremony and other important moments throughout the day. All of these elements work together to capture a powerful and dynamic wedding film that you are going to want to relive over and over again.

Step 4:

After your wedding, we know how excited you are to see your wedding films! With all of our packages, you will get the 1 minute teaser within 48 hours. Within the coming weeks, you will get the first draft of your highlight reel and the opportunity to suggest revisions. Your final highlight reel, and any other customization options you choose, will be available via cloud download within 8-12 weeks of your wedding date.
